WEEKLY CHECK‑IN

How are you today?

UPLOAD DEXA SCAN

Upload your DEXA / body-comp PDF or photo. Values get pulled out for you to check before anything is saved. If the report lists past scans, those backfill too.

Single kidney — keep eGFR & creatinine front of mind. Flag any drop with Dr. Dillon and factor renal load into new compounds.
EXPORT FOR YOUR DOCTOR

Download everything you've logged — labs, DEXA, measurements, blood pressure — as a CSV to print or email.

CROSS-DEVICE SYNC

Pick a private sync code and use the same one on every device. Your data is encrypted on this device before it's saved — the code is the only key, so don't lose it.

WHAT BPC‑157 DOES

Gut lining repair

Heals the intestinal mucosa — reduces bloating, food sensitivities, and improves nutrient absorption. Naturally found in gastric juice.

Inflammation reduction

Downregulates inflammatory cytokines at the cellular level — addresses root cause, not just masking symptoms.

Mood and brain fog

90% of serotonin is made in the gut. As the gut heals, neurotransmitter production improves — mood and mental clarity follow.

Tendon and joint health

Upregulates growth hormone receptors in tendons and promotes collagen synthesis — faster healing and reduced joint pain.

Angiogenesis

Promotes new blood vessel growth to damaged or nutrient-deprived tissue — improving healing speed everywhere in the body.

WHAT TB‑500 DOES

Cell migration

Regulates actin to help repair cells travel to injured tissue — speeds up recovery across muscle, tendon and ligament.

Flexibility & range

Reduces scar tissue and adhesions, which can restore range of motion in stiff or previously injured joints.

Systemic reach

Travels well through the body, so it supports healing in areas that are hard to target with a local injection.

MANAGING E2 ON TRT

Why estradiol matters

Testosterone converts to estradiol via aromatase. Some E2 is needed for libido, bone and mood — the goal is balance, not zero.

Low E2 signs

Joint aches, low libido, flat mood, and trouble sleeping can mean anastrozole is pushing E2 too low. Log it and recheck labs.
